RAYMOND A. BIESELIN
President

 Raymond Bieselin is a retired Nassau County Police Officer with over 28 years on the force. During his career as an officer he held several positions including an instructor in the Nassau County Police Academy, Officer in the Narcotics Bureau and Applicant Investigations Bureau. He gained extensive experience with background check investigations during his work screening potential candidates for the police department
 He has been the recipient of several awards including the Police Medal of Commendation and Meritorious Duty for W.T.C. He also received the American Red Cross and Police Officer of the Year award as well as the Congressional Medal.

JOSEPH SAGLIMBENE
Vice President

 Joseph Saglimbene is a highly decorated retired New York City Corrections Captain with over 20 years experience in the field of law enforcement. After proudly serving our Country in the United States Air Force, Joe developed a vast in-depth knowledge of all aspects of security in both his professional career with the N.Y.C. Correction Department as well as the needs of the private sectory while working for several security firms before opening Blue Steel. Prior to retirement, Joe held the position as the Supervisor of the Accident Investigations and Driver’s Safety Unit’s, receiving extensive training from the Institute of Police Technology and Management in “At-Scene Traffic Crash/Traffic Homicide Investigations” and “Crime Scene Management”. Joe has been the recipient of numerous honors including the N.Y.C. Meritorious Duty and Exceptional Merit Awards. Joe is a past President of both the Fraternal Order of Police and Columbia Association.
